Charlotte began working as a Caseworker in a Specialist Confiscation and Restraints (Proceeds of Crime Act 2002) Department in 2015 whilst still undertaking her degree in Law (LLB Hons).
After graduating in 2016, she commenced her Legal Practice Course and Training Contract and she is due to qualify as a Solicitor in September 2018. Charlotte is also completing a Masters Programme as part of her studies.
Charlotte works as part of our bespoke confiscation team and during her time working in this niche area of law, she has amassed experience in a number of confiscation cases following on from an array of offences. Charlotte has dealt with cases at every stage of the Confiscation regime, including both Pre and Post-Order and Enforcement; Charlotte has also assisted in preparing the cases of third parties wishing to assert an interest in assets subject to a Proceeds of Crime Act Application
